EORI keeps an eye on changes in the fields of Open Science, FAIR data principles, and others, and directs any interested parties to important updates:
- This website makes self-archiving your manuscripts easy by taking care of licenses & versions etc. It automatically checks copyright details, and if the paper is behind a paywall then it makes the self-archived version of it freely available (providing it’s legal to do so).
- This is an interesting paper exploring indicators of success in science. It also discusses how current assessments of science do not adequality address these indicators, and calls for more open and transparent dialogue to explore this area further.
- Another call to action: The UK Reproducibility Network (UKRN) is hosting this online event, which will have practical & accessible workshops to introduce reproducibility to researchers. It includes tools & workshops to jump into, over a range of topics. Worth signing up to if you have the chance!
